Excel 2016 for Mac brings lots of welcome improvements to the workhorse spreadsheet but also leaves out useful tools. Moving to the cloud: Like the other apps in the latest Mac Office suite. GA Data Grabber w orks with the Mac Excel 2011 (Mac Excel 2004/2008 are not supported), and of course, Windows Excel 2003 and later. All the Windows functionality is available also on Mac, but fetching data is somewhat slower, due to restrictions in Mac Excel.

You can personalize the Ribbon and toolbars in Office just the way you like them, showing frequently used commands and hiding the ones you rarely use. You can change default tabs, or create custom tabs and custom groups to contain your frequently used commands.
